These are my freinds from my army days, because I am now starting to contact some of them I hope to develop this page into quite a large source of information for others who may be trying to find us.

This is Hohne, Germany circa 1968, I am in the back row second from left. This fine body of men are the Royal Signals rear link detachment to 26 Feild Regt. RA.

My daughters tell me i am the most handsome here, I must say I can't disagree.

These two were great freinds of mine in 26 Regt RA. They are John Head and Mel Gowling. Mel who is in the photo above tragically died in 1978, leaving a wife and 2 daughters. John on the other hand is still at large and I am trying to trace him.

This is another old army freind Jeff (spider) Whately and his wife Jackie at thier sons wedding. I have just contacted spider after 34 years thanks to the internet, and the help of one ex siggie. Ian Smith, thanks Smudger.

This is spider 34 years earlier, playing table football with another freind, Colin (Bruv) Reed in HQ Bty. bar. I am looking forward to meeting Bruv. and his wife at the forthcoming reunion. I wonder how much Amstel Bier was spilled on that table over the years

This is Joe Murtagh, the chap I joined the army with back in 1963 we done our basic training together at 11 Sigs. before going our seperate ways. We now have re-established contact and hope to meet up & reminisce over a pint or two in the new year.
